Thailand citizens are eligible for Xiamen and Shenzen VOA?

You said: “Thailand citizens are not eligible for Zhuhai VOA"
What about Xiamen and Shenzen.
Can Thailand citizens obtain there VOA?

Unfortunately, Thailand citizens are not eligible for any kind of VOA at the time being. You should be aware that this policy of eligibility is changing from month to month, but this is the reality at the time being.
