Visa Application for Tourist Visa Multiple Entry

Hello,
I have a German passport as well as a Hong Kong Permanent Residency Status.
I would like to have a multiple-entry visa to China (Shanghai), in which I can re-enter China over a 6-month period.
Is this possible? Whom do I contact for this?

Felix, it is possible for you to obtain multiple entries L type. And you can contact with CVASC in Germany or Hong Kong.
