I am afraid not. Aug.19 is not a lucky day to open a business. In addition, the following dates are auspicious ones for you:

Aug. 04, Aug. 06, Aug. 10, Aug. 11, Aug. 12, Aug. 13, Aug. 22, Aug. 23, Aug. 24, Aug. 25
