double entry in same month

Question

We are travelling to Beijing 4th to 7th November. After then touring South Korea Japan Philippines, we are returning to Xian from Manila on 24th November, travelling from Xian to Beijing probably overland on 25th November, before flying back to UK early hours 26th Nov. Which visa do we need to apply for and how.much will the fee be. There are two of us ?.

Graham, you should apply for single entry L type and just use it on your return trip. You can enjoy 144h visa exemption transit on your onward trip.
