About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I eligible for 144-hour visa free transit in this case?

France - Thaïlande - Laos - Shanghai-Bangkok - Paris
Hello! Me route is: 12/13 auguste: France ti Thaïlande, 25 august: Thailand to Laos and Laos to Shanghai (direct flight), 30 August Shanghai to Bangkok (direct flight), 31 August Bangkok to France.

Am I eligible for 144-hour visa free transit in this case? Thank you in advance for your answer

I have seen that you have written that your flights to and from Shanghai are direct, but direct flight sometimes could have a stop en route.
