About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Apply for work residence permit

Hello, I’ve got one entry tourist visa L to China,
And I found a job in Hangzhou.

My question is , can I change my visa L into work residence permit within China .
Or I need to leave back to my country to apply in the Chinese Embassy there?

Danny, you can't change your visa type within China and must change it outside mainland China. You can do it in Macau, Hong Kong or your home country.
