Pakistan Passport applying Hong Kong Visitor Visa from Australia.

I am Pakistani Passport holder age 65 currently staying in Australia with my daughter as a visitor, i have a One Year Australia tourist visa which valid till August 2020, In the mean time my niece in ( Hong Kong SAR citizen) invited me to attend her marriage ceremony in coming Nov 2019. Please advice me where to apply the Hong Kong visa staying in Australia.
