About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Will i be eligible for a 24 hour?

I'm Iran passport holder. My itinerary is: Istanbul- Chengdu(China)- Vancouver(Canada)
The Chengdu- Vancouver flight will be have one landing in the Zhengzhou(China)

Mazyar, you can easily calculate whether you are eligible or not. You just have to count the hours from your scheduled arrival in Chengdu until your scheduled departure from Zhengzhou. If the number of hours is less than 24 hours, you are definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit. If I'm right, you will use 3U8188 flight from Istanbul that arrives in Chengdu at 04:30 and after that you have flight 3U8501 departing from Chengdu at 09:05, Zhengzhou arrival 11:05 and Zhengzhou departure at 13:05.

So, if I'm right, you will spend in China noticeably less than 24 hours, so you are perfectly eligible for 24 hour visa free transit. Keep in mind that you will have to present your Canadian visa to be allowed to board the plane in Istanbul.
