after getting invitation letter what will i have to do?

i want to attend conference in Beijing. They will provide invitation letter after confirming there payment. Kindly tell me what will i have to do after getting invitation letter? and how much embassy will charge from me and kindly also tell requirements.

Dear, according to your information, you should apply for F type, which requires valid passport, application form and recent photo, invitation letter and verification letter of invitation, your company's supporting letter, bank statement of last 6 months.
