About:Chinese Embassy in Lebanon

what's better to apply business visa or tourist visa?

I am Lebanese living in Saudi and need to visit china for business purpose, where it will be easier to apply in Saudi or in Lebanon. and whats better to apply business visa or tourist visa? Thanks
