please I wish to ask procedures to get Student visa,I have a partial scholarship and I already have the jw202 and admission letter but I have no guardian, so I wanted to ask if I can be guardian of myself.

Brown, as I know, you can't be guardian of yourself. You can contact with Chinese Embassy in Cameroon for detailed information. Here is the email： chinaemb_cm@mfa.gov.cn。
