About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Philippine Passport for Chinese Visa

I am going to Korea for my student exchange program from Aug 25-December 20. I have a trip to shanghai December 22. I would apply for my Chinese Visa as early as now but a single entry visa will only grant me 90 days which will be expired right before my departure date to china if I apply now. Can I apply for a Multiple Entry visa just so I could have 6 months of Validity? What is the best thing to do? Your help is much appreciated!

Dear, the validity is usually 3 months, and I am not sure whether you will be given 6 months of validity. Plus, you are advised to apply one month in advance.
