Can I go to Hong Kong when it expires then get a new 5 day Visa for another 5 days?

Of course, you can. Anyway, as I have mentioned in the post below this one, just have a logical reason why do you travel twice in Shenzhen within a very short time frame because you will be probably asked to explain that to the immigration official. Nothing to be afraid of, of course.0
