About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Traveling from Melbourne to London

Hi there my name is Mahesh Desai and I m planning travel from Melbourne to London on 1/8/2019. And I have Indian passport which is expire on 29/12/2019. UK consultant clarified abt my travel bt they said just clarify with China Airport immigration abt validity? Bz I want to book ticket with China airline and I have 5 Hour's layover time on shanghai pudong international airport.

For the transit purposes in China, it is fine that your passport is valid at least 3 months prior to expiry. Anyway, you should also be certain that the Australian authorities will allow you to board the plane.
