What will be the process in applying a marriage license?

Hello,
What will be the process in applying a marriage license? I'm a Filipina and is currently living here in the Philippines. My Chinese boyfriend is now in China.

Dear, you should prepare your single certificate and passport, and then register marriage with your boyfriend in China. Plus, you should notarize your single certificate at notary public and authenticate it at Chinese Embassy in Philippines.
