Notarisation of a South African degree
hi, my degree is from South Africa but I am from Zimbabwe. I need my certificates to be notarised but one requirement if I am to that in South Africa is a valid permit which I don't have as I finished my studies and it expired.
Is it possible if I can notarise them in ZIMBABWE my home country, as they were authenticated already by the Ministry of Higher Education South Africa and also went to the Department of International Relations and Cooperation for seals.
