How can I get back from Lake of 1000 Islands to Hangzhou?

I will go to the city for 3 days and on 1 day I would like to visit the Lake of Thousands Island.
I think I will take a early bus and I would like to go back to HZ on the same day.
Can you give me information for departure time and intervals from Lake of Thousand Islands back to HZ?
