Chongqing Airport to West Train Station

Hi, my international flight arrives Jiangbei airport (T3) at 6:00am. I plan to take a train to Yangshuo which departs at 9:47am from Chongqing West train station. My question is - how can I go from the Airport to Chongqing West station? Is there a direct train/bus, where to purchase the ticket?
