About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Arrival to Beijing with train

Can i get from mongolia to Beijing with a train, and take a flight to a third country useing the 144 hour visa?

In this case whene the 144 hour will start?
Where should I complete the departure card?

Beijing West Station is possible checkpoint.
Beijing Station is impossible checkpoint.

You can go from/to Beijing West Station only to/from Hong Kong outside mainland China.
