I have been given an admission paper to study in A universityin China and I wanted to apply for my visa while I am still here in South Africa although I am Ethiopian. Do I need to go back to Ethiopia to apply for a student visa in the embassy of China or can I do it while I am still here?

I am Ethiopian but currently in living in SA. Can I sill apply for a Chinese visa from here?
