from guangzhou south to baiyun airport by metro

Anyone the time it take from South Train Station to the airport ? How much does a taxi cost and would it be quicker ?Taking the Metro from South Tran take #7 to Hanxi  Changoing then all the way to the airport ?Thanks

1.Take metro line 2 to Jiahe Wanggang Station, then transfer to metro line 3 to Airport South Station, which takes around 1 hour with CNY10. 2. Do you mean take subway from Hanxi Changoing to the airport?
