About:China Family Reunion Visa

for applying Q1 Visa not yet marriage

Hello ! Can i ask if i can get q1 visa together with my son to reunion his father but we not yet get marriage ?

Dear, if you are not married, you can't apply for Q type.

But he invite his son to reunion he is 1 years old, if i get Q Visa the foster

Dear, if you are not married, you don't have any proof to prove that you are family and you can apply for Chinese Family Reunion Q type.
