New Zealand citizen residing in Australia

As I travel on a New Zealand passport and applying for China visa in Australia I need to supply details of Australia visa. I have tried to find this information but as I moved to Australia in 1986 there is no visa. Are you able to tell me how to resolve this issue or not worry about it as I know of others in same position have had no problem obtaining China visa
