About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

China Visa - short stay

I will be arriving in Shanghai from Australia, staying 1 night pre cruise ship. Cruise around for a couple of weeks to Japan and back into Shanghai at the end and flying home same day. do i need a visa?

Lola, if you don't have other layovers in China, you don't need a visa, as you are eligible for the 144h visa-free transit in Shanghai.
