About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Me and my wife will visit Beijing for 5 days before travel to Tokio

Will be in Beijing from 04.45 of 25 august 2019 to 12.50 of 30 of august.
After visit Tokyo, will return to Spain with an stop over in Beijing Int. Airport on 12 of september-13 of september.
Do we need Visa in both cases (Visiting Beijing and Transit to Spain?

Héctor, you didn't mention from where will you arrive in Beijing! This is very important detail. OK, I will assume that you will arrive from Spain. So, your itinerary is:

Spain - Beijing - Tokyo

Your itinerary is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit.

Your second itinerary:

Tokyo - Beijing - Spain

This is also eligible itinerary, but actually I cannot say whether it will be 24 or 144 hour visa free transit because if your entire stay will be shorter that 24 hours, then it will be 24 hour TWOV and if it is just a minute longer than 24 hours, it will be 144 hour TWOV again.

Please, have in mind that your flights are not allowed to have any additional landings within mainland China beside those mentioned in your itinerary.
