About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Do I qualify for a Permanent Residence Permit?

I've been married to a Chinese citizen for almost 6 years. I was on a working visa for the first 3 years and then stayed for one year on a spouse visa. The past 2 years, I have been in and out of the China for more than 9 months each year on a visitors visa. Do I meet the requirements for the Permanent Residence Permit?

As you no longer possess a residence permit, you won't qualify. The only possible way for you is to get a family-based residence permit and start from scratch.
