This is a bit long but i want to be as clear as possible
I'm a Peruvian living in Italy, I have two kids with my chinese partner, disgracefully he lost his job last year and I was asking the citizenship here in Italy, he decided to comeback to China because his documents were near to expire and he didn't find any job, I'm still waiting for the Italy citizenship here with my kids, they have both our surname but we aren't married, now I have to wait about teo years because of a modification of a new minister. I can't bring him here because I need a percentage of monthly money for each of us and in this moment I have just enough for me and kids to aks the citizenship and also I can't give him our residence as we need to demonstrate a tot of cm for each component of our family and its enough just for us 3, it's really complicated but we eant the citizenship for a future, for kids future, I was thinking about go to China to visit him and his family, I want to know, if I want to go to China to marry him meanwhile I'm waiting for Italian citizenship, what kind of visa I should ask? For me and kids, they have both his surname but my Peruvian citizenship because in this way they could have also the Italian citizenship .
