Is diploma/certificate required to get Z visa for IT industry?

Hi,

I'm Vietnamese. Currently, I'm having an opportunity to relocate to China. However, I only have the DNIIT certificate and I lost the hard copy of the certificate. The vendor which my company hired to support me on preparing visa's documents said that I can't apply for the visa because of this. Is diploma/certificate required to get Z visa for IT industry?

Anh, the certificate may be required to get work permit which is required to apply for work Z type.
