Arriving to T3 in beijing Do we need to go outside to smoke ? And if we do Do we need a visa to go out and come back in after smoking outsideI have a layover of 3 hours in transit before my next flightThanks

If you are eligible for 24-hour visa-free transit, you don't need a visa. 3. Since you only has 3 layovers, it is not suggested to go outside to smoke in case of missing your flight.
