Visa Application Hong Kong & Shenzen

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am a Sri lankan official passport holder, working at Urban Development Authority Sri lanka as Director (Sabaragamuwa Province). I have been nominated to participate future city summit annual meet 2019 hosting in Hong Kong SAR and Shenzen Mainland China from 2nd - 6th August 2019 by the Urban Development Authority. Letter of acceptance from the hosting agency of china also received by me.

Please be good enough to aknolege me regarding the visa procedures for the above two cities.
