About:China Visa

Z Visa without University Degree

Hi,

I was in the past with my M Visa for our Company in China, so far so good.

Now my Company wants to sent me to China as legal representative and I should apply for an Z Visa, is this possible without an University Degree?

Matt, it is possible for you to apply Z type as long as you can get work permit in China.
