TMOV with layover

HI,
I am going to Seoul from Narita in the future. I wanted to stopover in Shanghai before returning to Narita but my have a layover back in Seoul for my return flight to Narita? So my flight will be NRT-ICN-ICN-PVG-PVG-ICN-NRT..
Is this okay for a TMOV?
Thank you

You're not eligible for the 144h twov when you fly Seoul - Shanghai - Seoul

Ok, So I need to fly back directly to NRT? Do I need to fly same airline if I change to another Airline from PVG? Please recommend me the approved itinerary..
NRT-ICN-ICN-PVG-PVG-NRT
OR
NRT-PVG-PVG-ICN-ICN-NRT
will it be acceptable to fly on more than one Airlines? I am on Asiana but I can change my other Airline to ANA if I need to. Also I plan to layober in Shanghai only 48 hours.
Thank you for advice.
Regards

Either itinerary works. Separate tickets and/or different carriers are fine.

Thank you so much for information... I really want to see Shanghai I only have short time. If longer I will get official Visa.
Thank you again.
Best regards
