Shenzhen Hong Kong

Is Paris-Shenzhen, Shenzhen-Hongkong (train, ferry?), Hong Kong-Paris possibile on a 144 hrs visa?

Yes, it is possible, but you should have in mind that you will have to stay in Shenzhen for at least 25 hours to be eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in Guangdong province. Your connection from Shenzhen to Hong Kong is by ferry. By the way, this is not a visa, but visa free transit. Please, just use correct terminology to avoid any possible misunderstandings.

One more detail. Keep in mind that you will have to book your ferry ticket online in advance through CKS - Chu Kong Passenger Transport company wesbite and you will have to have an e-confirmation of this ticket in your hand even at the check-in in Paris.
