About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

please inform me

My flights are -Brussels to Frankfurt : direct
-Frankfurt to Shanghai : direct
5 day stay
-Shanghai to Brussels with a stop in Munich of 1 hour

Could you please inform me if it is ok for a 144 visa free transit i am worried to end up at Shanghai airport and being refused to enter.
Are there persons whit similar routes who had no problems with it

You won't get as far as Shanghai because you will be denied boarding in Europe. You are flying Germany-Shanghai-Germany which is a visit to China and not a transit, and therefore does not qualify for visa-free transit. You either need a visa or different flights (for example, route one way through Austria or Switzerland).

You have already said that your route is Belgium-Germany-Shanghai-Germany-Belgium and Saul has made it clear to you that this is not transit. All stops must be counted. To be eligible you must fly Belgium-Germany-Shanghai-(a country other than Belgium and Germany)-Belgium. Keep in mind that most of the times this will result in two one-way tickets from different airlines, which may be more expensive than just getting a visa.
