Sir can inform me about q visa china now

I am a Pakistani my wife an 2 children's chinese citizen they in troubles without me so I want to urgent visit them an Care them how can possible to get visa this time please inform me thank you I was trying to contact the embassy republic of china in Pakistan but didn't any operater to pickup phone thank

I'm afraid the embassy has closed because of the epidemic situation, so you may not be able to apply for a Q visa for China now.
