Double entry visa application

Hi,
I have applied for a double entry visa because I am travelling to Shanghai for 12 days then I am going to Thailand for 12 weeks. After that I have to come back to Shanghai for 3 days before I return home. I have submitted my leaving date of China for when I go to Thailand. This is because I understood you have to show when you are leaving China to go somewhere else. But there wasn’t an option on the form to write my itinerary in Thailand and also the date when I re enter back into China. Have I done it wrong? I leave in 2 weeks and I really need to get my visa.

Dear, you don't need to provide your itinerary in Thailand, and you just need to provide itinerary in China.

Thank you for replying, I didn’t provide my itinerary for Thailand. I just put the date I was leaving China to go to Thailand. But I will be entering China again for 3 days before my flight home and there wasn’t an option to put the date I actually leave China to go home. Do you think that is ok? Thank you
