About:Chinese Zodiac Compatibility

I am born 25/10/1964, woman. Till today, nothing is smooth.

How do I change for a better life and what job is suitable for me? Whatever I do, it is never smooth. Need advice. Thanks for help.

Mate: 27/3/1957 or 10/4/1984 are they suitable for me?
