i have an air china flight from singapore to beijing capital airport.

And then on the same airline from PEK to Wuhan with a 2h transit.Is there sufficient time, and will my baggage be forwarded directly or do I have to collect my luggage and recheck-in at the domestic terminal?

Generally, you don't need to collect your luggage and re-check in. However, it is better for you to confirm with check-in agent before departure. As for the transit time, it is tight but possible if you don't collect luggage.
