What does arrival of last flight indicate? Can I ride Bus 330 Airport to Hualian Mansion at 2:AM-3:30AM

It means the bus will operate till the flights of the airport finish. Generally, you can take it.

Thank you for your response, Ebby. But it said 06:30 - the arrival of the last flight? Why did they not indicate 24/7 operation instead?
