About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Irish passport but lives in Northern Ireland.

As a resident of Northern Ireland I can be dual nationality but have an Irish passport. Can I apply to Chinese Embassy in Belfast for a visa ?

Yes, as you are a residence in Northern Ireland, it's possible to apply from the CVASC in Belfast.
