About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

I have a stop in Hong Kong before going to Shanghai, Is it still good for the 144h transit?

Well, it depends on where you are going after Shanghai. It’s a problem if you’re going back to Hong Kong, or to another city in China.
