Where to authentify documents in Brussels

Hi i am preparing documents for the Z working visa. I need to authentify my diploma and also my police report in Belgium. Do you know where exactly i need to authentify ? where in brussels .

Raphael, you need to notarize your documents at notary public in Belgium, and then authenticate them at Chinese Embassy in Belgium.

Hi Emily and thank you for your reply !

I got it. But what if my diploma is not from Belgium ? can i still notarize it in brussels and then legalize it to the embassy ? and also since theses documents are in French/English do i have to translate them to chinese ?
