About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

What documentation is needed to prove emergency with due date for authentication of death certifica?

My mother died Feb. 3, 2020, I am helping my elderly father with handling her estate. I need to have mom’s provincial authenticated by Embassy/Consulate of People’s Republic of China. It states ‘The documentation that proves the emergency with due date or deadline highlighted’ please who would I get this from. Many thanks.

You should get a death certificate of your mother from the local Chinese government plus a letter from the same authority.
