About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Limit on number of entries?

Hello,

I'm planning a trip for my parents that will include 2 transit visa within 2 weeks, is it allowed?

The plan would be something as below:
Italy--> Shanghai (3-4days)-->Bali (6 days)-->Shanghai (3 days)--> Italy

It's not a transit visa, it's a transit WITHOUT visa. Of course it's allowed.
