Notarization of Documents at Chinese Embassy in Chicago

I would like to get documents notarized at the Chinese Embassy in Chicago. Is this a service that is offered there. If so, how does the process work?

Dear, you may need to notarize your documents at notary public in US, and then authenticate them at Chinese Embassy.
