X2 visa extension/renewal

I have a 3 month x2 visa expiring in 1 month. Do I really need to renew my x2 visa 30 days before it expires??
Will I be able to extend it for another 3 months?
I thought I couldn't extend or renew my visa and I had to apply for a new one...?

Dear, you need to renew your X2 at least 7 days before it expires. Plus, it is possible for you to extend it for another 3 months as long as you have adequate evidence.

Do you know if there is an entry and exit administration PBS in Yuexi I can extend my visa at?
Or do I need to go to Anqing?

Dear, you can extend in Yuexi PSB, which is located in No. 18, Zhengfa Lane, Gaowan Road, Yuexi County, Anqing City, Anhui Province.
