x2 visa extension/renewal

Question

I have a 3 month x2 visa expiring in 1 month. Do I really need to renew my x2 visa 30 days before it expires?? Will I be able to extend it for another 3 months? I thought I couldn't extend or renew my visa and I had to apply for a new one...?

Dear, you need to renew your X2 at least 7 days before it expires. Plus, it is possible for you to extend it for another 3 months as long as you have adequate evidence.
