About:Top 10 Mistakes to Avoid in Completing a Chinese Visa Application Form

I am taking my grandson, 15 to China in September. Can I fill his visa application form out myself.

Or does his parent need to fill it out? Do I need any other document apart from his passport for him to travel with me?

Christine, you can help your grandson to fill in the application form. Plus, in addition to his passport, you also need to obtain approval letter from his parents.
