free transit visa for 24 hours in Beijing

seoul - beijing - Jakarta indonesia

we are Indonesia citizens, we went up to china airlines from Seoul to Jakarta, departed from Seoul at 15.30 hours and transit in PEK 23 hours and leave back from PEK the next day at 14.00. can we get free visa during the transit? how to get free 24 hour visa ?
