About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need a visa in Wuhan and Shenyang

I'm flying from New York to Busan via Wuhan and Shenyang.
My arrival's time at Wuhan is 21/July 6:20 AM and My departure's time from Shenyang to Busan is 22/Jly 7:30 AM.
If It is, do I need a transit visa?

Yes, you need a visa because you have exceeded allowed time of 24 hours visa free transit by just 70 minutes. So, you have to obtain a transit (G) visa in advance.
