About:Top 8 Reasons Why Your China Visa Gets Rejected

Mistake Made By School on JW202 Form

On the JW202 form the school has written my birthplace as Australia (in Chinese) and then in English it is written as Vancouver. Australia is incorrect but is written in Chinese. I contacted the school and asked if this could be amended and they said it doesn't matter. After pushing them on this, they finally said they couldn't change this, but would send a letter acknowledging their mistake. They did this. Do you believe this could be a problem when applying for the X1 visa?

Dear, you'd better to ask for school to issue you a new one. If they can't, you can contact with CVASC in Canada for confirmation.

Thanks for the answer. School said "No". They said the best they could do is provide the letter acknowledging their mistake...I have the letter but don't know if this will be a problem. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me..
